Cooper, to be used for hospital care for Mrs. Joe Madesh, young Klamath Falls matron, ill with can cer. The fund has now reached approximately $1300. Mrs. Madesh was cared for for some time at the Cooper home, now is being returned by friends to San Francisco for further treatment after a short visit with her four children in Jerome, Idaho. Funds for her further care will be received by Mrs. M. E. Nieodemus, 511 Eldorado Street or Mrs. C. H. Bussman, 2219 Radcllffe Avenue. Contributions have been made by the Lava Beds Aggies, 4-H Club, Tulelake, Merrill VFW Pt, Eagles Lodge, Klamath Falls, the Klamath Falls Business and Professional Women's Club and numerous individuals.
