If you insist on driving to the party, don't hesitate to let some one else drive you home if you're feeling the least bit "gay." 6. Trojans will battle Bonanza's Ant lers tonight (Friday) in their first league game. At the December student body meeting held Thursday, it was an nounced that the class Christmas parties would be held the morn ing of December 22, with Christ mas vacation to begin at noon. Following the meeting, the Ma drigals sang three songs, "Merry Chiislmas to You," "White Christ mas" and "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus," A short dance was held also. Drunk Driving Case Dismissed CRASHED LAND'S END, England I A Royal Air Force Lancaster bomb er with a crew of seven crashed into the sea about miles south west of here Friday. A driving while Intoxicated charge was dismossed late Thurs day in the case of Herman M. Gallup, Klamath Falls millworker, who was on trial before a jury in District Judge D. E. Van Vac tor's court. Judge Van Vactor dismissed the charge when it was shown by De fense Attorney Edwin E. Driscoll that a state policeman who ar rested the defendant did not ac tually witness a law violation and had no warrant. The law requires in an arrest for a misdemeanor, an officer either must have wit nessed the viohuiin or have a to testimony produced in court, Oallup was stopped on Highway 66 by County Juvenile Ofiicer Francis Matnews. Mathews summoned a state policeman who then made the arrest. Judge Van Vactor ordered $400 bail which Oallup had posted re turned to the defendant. People Do Read SPOT ADS -vow are! R. Larson will be at the organ and Mrs. Betty Rice at the piano. Training Union groups for peo ple of all ages will meet at 6:15 p.m. At the morning worship service, Dr. E. M. Causey, the pastor, will preach on the Christmas theme, "Cod Revealed in the Flesh."
