The Peiping radio broadcast the new figure, saying it was based on a direct census taken in June 1953. It gave no explanation as to why the figure only now is being released. 4-H NEWS On October 25th, "The Three Cookerettes" arrived at our meet ing place and opened the door to the aroma of freshly baked bread. Our leader, Mrs. Rexford, dem onstrated how to make bread. We are all to make bread at home before our next meeting. - In our business meeting we de cided to name our club "The Three Cookerettes." Since there are only three members in our club we think this Is a very appropriate name.
