Mr. and Mrs. Fred Longfellow left Monday for Orovllle where they plan to spend several weet s visit ing Mr. and Mrs. Phil Carroll. Mrs. Longfellow has been in poor health end she plans to spend the Winter months In Orovllle. Friends wore sorry to learn of the tragic fire that befell Mrs. Ald Tldge and Delbert Friday evening. The fire originated possibly from defective wiring, and burned so apidly that the New Pine Creek fire department was unable to be of much assistance. They lost all ef their belongings and are tem porarily staying at the Fair Motol until arrangements are completed for them to have a permanent borne. Plans are being carried out to purchase one of the Bill Bishop ." houses at Willow Ranch which will be moved to the same property and for a benefit dance to be held In the neRr future. Mr, and Mrs. Benny Vernon were dinner guests of the John Baxters Monday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Cogburn were overnight guests of Mr, and Mrs. Oordon Coburn and Oary Sunday evening at Klamath Falls. Mr. and Mrs. Russel Fowler and family, Mcdford, are spending sev eral days with Mr. and Mrs. John Richardson, combining deer hunt ing and visiting. John Noble' left Bundny for his home at Ashland. He had spent some time at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Richardson. The Relief Society monthly offi cers and teachers meeting was held t the home of Eileen O'Nell Mon- Sav evening. Present were Mrs. ohn McDonald, Mrs. Charles Bte phens, Mrs. Elmer Williams and Mrs. George Manning. Refresh ments were served following the meeting. LOST BY 8,640 HEADS RICHMOND, Va.
