He is accused of taking $750 from -funds of a Lincoln County water district. His attorney said that recent publicity over the vice investigation would make it impos sible for Cahlll to have a lair trial in Lincoln County. The request for a change of venue was granted Monday. v CahiU was one of the leaders in the group demanding the vice probe. The indictment against him was the only one returned by the grand Jury which made the inves tigation.
