Malta Cub Scouts of pack 33 and their leaders participated in the Boy Scout Circus held in Klamath Falls, May 15, at Modoc Field. Ma li Cubs part in the Modoc War enactment was a portrayal of Jack and his renegade band. Each boy was dressed as an Indian and Don nie stastny was chosen as Captain Jack. Malin pack was also respon sible for building a replica of Cap tain Jack s Stronghold in the Lava Beds. Large cardboards on frames were painted to resemble rocks and trees and shrubs were mounted on stands.
