Add the beef, salt and water. Cover and cook until the meat Is tender. II the mixture becomes too dry. add a small amount of water. Add the tomatoes and peas. Cover and cook about 10 minutes. Serve In a large dish. Serve the rice In another dish and allow guests to top servings of not rice with beef curry. Con diments served In small dishes so thst guests may add the topping preierred to the beef curry: shred ded coconut, chopped Dlinuli chopped hard cooked eggs, chut ney and chopped fried bacon.
