Keno Promenaders To Aid Dimes The Keno Froinendaders will sponsor a March of Dimes benefit square dance Saturday, Jan. 23, beginning at 8:30 p.m. in the Keno scnool gymnasium. Callers for the , evening will be Allen Howard, president of the Sou thern Oregon Square Dance Assn. Howard was formerly a caller for the Keno Promendaders and now calls for the Ashland Promenad ers. The dance will be open to all square dancers 'and spectators for $1.50 admission. Birdwatchers Aid In March ' ASHLAND The William Cullen Bryant Memorial, Thanatoplsls and Inside Straight Club, commonly known as the birdwatchers an organisation of the men faculty members at Southern Oregon Col lege aided the current March of Dimes campaign with donations collected during a recent noon luncheon meeting. In so doing. Chief Birdwatcher Arthur Taylor said, "We felt that an organization such as ours, pri marily devoted to good-fellowship, should extend that good-fellowship to the March of Dimes." Fort Scout Meet Held Basin Students On OSC Honor Roll OREGON STATE COLLEGE, Corvallts, Jan. 20 (Special) Robert Schleferstein of Klamath Falls and Albert Micka of Malin have been listed on the fall term scholastic honor roll at Oregon State College. - . Both earned grade averages of 3.5 points or better, on the basis of an "A" equalling 4 points. There were 362 students listed on the honor roll this fall. Schleferstein is a senior and Mi cka, a junior.
