Mrs. Robert Thompson's review ot Hedda Hoppers book "Prom Under My Hat", was a highlight of the afternoon, and war thor. oughly enjoyed by the guests. A group of youngsters gave their Interpretation, of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star." Virginia and Delores Wolfram, Molly Owens, Betty Ann Chapman, Karen Chap man and Marcla McVey, particl- PSMrs. Jack Wynant accompanied Beverly Walker, Marcla Milne, Cheryl Chatburn, who sang "Short nin Bread." The trio dedicated their second number "Where Did you Get That Hat" to Mrs. Thompson. James Hunter reported upon a visit to Oceanside, Calif., and Mrs. Alan Betsch upon a visit to Red ding. Mr. and Mrs. Joy Ustlck gave a brief report of Jobs Daugh ters activities. Girl Scout Troop 47 enjoyed an overnight camping trip to the Lava Beds, Friday, Making the trip were Jean Qulnn, Sharon Lnnsig nont, Sharon Woltjer, Glynna Sue Weatherby and Barbara Dutton, accompanied by Ella Redkey. and Jean Million, leaders. Despite rain, the trip was successful. They explored Skull,- Blue Grotto. Senti nel, Ovls and the Catacombs caves. They also visited Black Crater. J. It was anounced during the eve ning that retiring president, Patricia Henry has been awarded the blue ribbon for membership increase during her time in office by the Grand Aerie.
