Said bonds shall be numbered and mature consecutively beginning with No 1, and s'lall be due as fol lows: twenty - one thousand dollars each year for the years 1954 to and includ ing the year JG3U and twenty-five thous and dollars for the year 1959; and Esyment and redemption of the entire onds, or any number thereof, shall be optional with said City at any Interest coupon date on and after three from the date thereof. Said bonds will bear Interest at the rate of not to ex ceed six per cant per annum, from the date thereof, payable semi - annually on July 1st. and January 1st. of each year; principal mnd interest payable at the office of the treasurer of the City of Klamath Falls.
