Proposals to purchase said bonds will
be received by the undersigned, Police
Judge for said City, up to and Includ
ing the 29th day of June. 1953. at
the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., of said
day and opened at a regular meeting
of the Common Council in the Council
Chamber of the City Hall for said City,
Immediately thereafter; said bonds
shall be dated the 1st day of July.
1853. and shall be to amounts of HOoo.00
each. Said bonds shall be numbered
and mature consecutively beginning
with No 1, and s'lall be due as fol
lows: twenty - one thousand dollars each
year for the years 1954 to and includ
ing the year JG3U and twenty-five thous
and dollars for the year 1959; and
Esyment and redemption of the entire
onds, or any number thereof, shall be
optional with said City at any Interest
coupon date on and after three
from the date thereof. Said bonds will
bear Interest at the rate of not to ex
ceed six per cant per annum, from
the date thereof, payable semi - annually
on July 1st. and January 1st. of each
year; principal mnd interest payable at
the office of the treasurer of the City
of Klamath Falls. Oregon.
All propsals must be unconditional
and accompanied by a certified check
for two per cent of the proposal.
The successful bidder for said bonds
will be furnished with an opinion, as
