In a gown of white satin and lace, Oma Elizabeth Hoff man was escorted to the altar in First Presbyterian Church by her father, Edgar Hoffman. Before a background of white . chrysanthemums in tall vases, the Reverend David Barnett Jr. read the 10:30 a.m. serv ice uniting her in marriage to Kenneth Morgan Lowe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Forest Lowe. The bride's full skirted floor length gown was styled with round necked j oke of net dged with lace, the long fitted sleeves were pointed at the wrists. Her veil was held with a heart shaped ruffled crown, edged with a e e d pearls. She carried a bouquet of white roses and stephanotis In a crescent arrangement. Stanlev Kendall, soloist, sang With This Ring I Thee Wed", accompanied by Mrs. Lome W. Si mons at the organ. ' Maid of honor. Betty Brandelsky. wore a pink net frock, and carried a bouquet of pale yellow baby chry santhemums centered with carna tions. Bridesmaids, Doris and Edith Wallin, wore yellow net and carried the same type bouquets as the maid of honor. Mervtn Woodard. cousin of the bridegroom, was best man. and; ushers were Daniel and Adam Hoffman, brothers of the bride. For her daughters wedding. Mrs. Hotfman chose a lavender dress with black accessories and her cor sage was of white carnations. . Mrs. Lowe, bridegroom's mother, wore a blue costume with black ac cessories and her corsage was ( the same as Mrs. Hoffman's. ; The reception was In the church parlors immediately following the ceremony. Elaine Kendall and Bon nie Cummins poured. Mrs. Vir ginia Burr is cut the cake and Mrs. Stanley Kendall assisted. Guest book was carried by Shirley Wood ard. bridegroom's cousin. For her going away costume the bride wore an orchid suit with winter-white accessories. After a wedding trip to Yellow stone and Glacier National Parks, the couple is at fcome on the Jay Fairclo ranch, Merrill Road. Price, Springfield; to Wayne Thomas Carothers, son of Mr, and Mrs, Wayne Carothers, 2 1 SO White Avenue. Wayne is a member of well known Basin family, and alio attended the U of O where he was affiliated with Sigma Chi. He is now stationed at Parks Air Force Base in California. Pinniger, became the bride of Victor Robert Thomsen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor W. Thomsen, Hood River. The Reverend David Barnett Jr. officiated at the eight o'clock service. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a dress of heavy ivory satin with Chantilly lace panels down the front and back to the end of train. Her fingertip veil fell from a cap and braid of satin and seed pearls. Her only jewelry was heart-shaped filigreed pendant set with cul tured pearls, gift of the bridegroom. She carried a white Bible topped with a white orchid and stephanotis. Patricia Pinniger, maid of honor and cousin of the bride, wore a shrimp satin and tulle evening gown with tulle stole and carried a cascade of chrysanthemums in autumn colors. The attendants were Ida Tennefoss, Marilyn John son, cieo Cadweil. Mary Garrecht. and Mrs. Jack MeUer. They wore aimuir gowns but ol velvet and tulle with velvet stoles in colors of forest green, chartreuse, and gold respectively. They carried cascades of flowers Identical to that of the maid of honor. Harold UUey waa best man and the ushers were James Cole, jaca Metier, ana James Pinniger. Patricia Wilson sang "I Love You Truly" and "The Lord's Pray er" by Malott. Wedding music was played by Mrs. Lome Simons. f or ner son a wedding Mrs. Thomsen wore a dusty rose- lace floor length drew with a purple orchid corsage. The bride's moth er wore a champagne dress of taffeta and tulle with a corsage of two cymbidlum. Following the ceremony a bullet supper was served in the church parlors. Mrs. L. M. Watklns and Mrs. Harry Wagner presided at the coffee services Patricia Cun ningham and Mrs. Darrell Shlp ler served the cake. Mary Jane Howard nd Linda Franklin served punch. Barbara Dunlavy was In charge of the guest book. For going away the bride wore a green wool suit with brown ac cessories. Following their honey moon they will be at home In Hood River.
