OREGON FRIDAY, OCTOTWR 81. 1052 ! i t Sprague Road Paving Slated A nine mile stretch of the Bprngue Rlvcf road, lrom the town of Bprague River out to the Junction with Oregon 66, Is to be paved next year, according to present planning. It la a elate secondary highway, and an agreement Jor the Improve ment of the bad stretch ol the road was announced by Ed Oowen, county commissioner. The O. 8. Bureau of Public Roads, BUte Highway Commission and Klamath County Court will bear tile cost of the project, esti mated at around $97,000. The federal agency Is to stand 60 per cent of the cost, the state and county 20 per cent each. The price of the cards from November to January inclu sive will be S3 and they will be reduced 60 cents every month thereafter until they reach the rock bottom price of $2 in March.
