Case To Head Copper Plant NEW YORK UFV A chemical engineer- who won recognition among metals men during World War II as a defense plant man ager and production expediter will head Anaconda Copper Alining Company's new 45-miHion-dollar aluminum project near Columbia Falls, Mont. He is Francis O, Case, a vice president and member of the bdard of the big copper concern.- It will be Case's job to get the aluminum reduction plant built and in shape to turn out 60,000 tons of aluminum a year by early 1951. Tomorrow he is to speak at Southern Oregon College, Ashland, and he said he would not be able to get back to Klamath Falls be fore the election.
