The "Rt. T. P. Casey officiated. The bride Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Andersch. and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Igl. For the ceremony the church was decorated with white snap dragons and pink carnations. The bridgroom's brother Gerry, sang Schubert's "Ave Maria" before the ceremony. The charming bride, whose fath er gave her in marriage, wore a ballerina style gown of Delphinium blue with nylon net and lace, to gether with a picture hat of match ing nvlon net- She carried a lovely bouquet of sweetheart roses cen tered with a white orchid. Betty Williams, her bridesmaid, wore shell-pink nylon with match ing hat and gloves. She carried a nosegay of pink gladioli and blue delphinium. Gerry Igl was best man for his brother, and the ushers were Jon Houston and Edmund Andersch, brother of the bride. The bride's two younger broth ers. Jerry and Robert, served at the altar. Mrs. Andersch wore a beige dress with navy accessories, and an or- cnid corsage, ine oriaegroom s mother chose navy blue with white accessories, and an orchid corsage. The wedding breakfast was served in the Blue Room at the Willard Hotel, for the immediate families. Mrs. John Houston, aunt of the bridegroom served the wed ding cake to the guests. The bride's going away costume was Alice blue faille jacket dress with rose accessories. She wore the orchid from her bouquet. The young couple is on a two weeks trip to Mexico, after which they will be at home on Auburn Street in Klamath Falls. She also attended Pacific University at Forest Grove, where she was affiliated with Kappa Delta sorority. At present she is teaching in Sacramento. Her fiance is a graduate of Drake University, a member of Chi Delta fraternity, and servad with the USAF in World War II. He is also employed in Sacramento. Barbara reported on all the activities that were held each day. She told how interesting ano educational it was to every girl who attended. There were 220 girls In attendance at Girls State. Bar bara thanked the Auxiliary mem- oers lor sending her to Girls state. Anna Lahoda and Emma Wilde were chosen as delegates to the Convention this month, which will be held In Klamath Falls. Legion and Auxiliary members and their families are to have I notluck picnic Sunday, July 13 at the Malln Park starting at 10 a.m. The float which Is to be entered In the parade during Convention time was discussed. Stanley Masten Jr., brother of the brlac, and Ben Kerns, her brolher-in-luw, were ushers. Candlelighters were Gerrle Mas ten, sister of the bride, and Jean Tucker. Gerrle wore yellow net and tafieta. with matching shoulder corsage, and Jean was in pink net taffeta, with matching shoulder corsage. After a short visit here they lelt for Fairbanks. Alaska where Mr. Pickett Is working as foreman on the Eielson Air Base. He was at one time owner of the Klamath Tent and Awning Company. Mrs. Vernlce Eberleln presented the topic on the founding and works of the American Bible Society. Various calendar events for the remainder of the year were dis cussed. Mrs. Dale West And Sara Home From East Coast Mrs. Dale West and Sara re turned June 18. after an interesting trip through the eastern part of the Unite.1 States. They accom panied Mr. West to the Angus cattle sale In Chicago, and from there Mrs. West and her daughter took the train to Washington, D.C. and New York. On the return trip they stopped in Detroit for a new car, and drove home from there, stopping In 8alt Lake City and other points of Interest. Ice blue lace over satin fash ioned the dresses of the attendants. They were ballerina length, full skirted, the bodices finished with rounded necklines. The young ma trons wore pink slippers and they had bands of blue lace In their hair, with a half halo of rosea at the back. Mrs. Newbury wore navy lace over taffeta and a hat of blue lace and msllne. Her corsage w-as of white catlleyas. Mrs. George Tuck, the bride groom's mother, chase a grav lace gown and a pink flowered hat. Purple orchids were worn at a corsage. Robert Tuck was his brother's best man and Harry B. Smith, a brother-in-law, o f Hillsborough, usher. The couple will live In Palo Alto after July 1. They flew to Honolulu Sunday for a honeymoon trip In th Hawaiian Islands. The bride was graduated from Stanford last weekend. "Sliverwave" embarking at San Pedro, California. They ex pect to he home in October. Parker Family Farewell Party CHILOQUIN Mr. and Mrs. Frank Parker, their three sons, Glen. Johnnie, ana Lleyeiien, and Mrs. Parker's mother, Mrs. Bry ant, were guests of honor at a fare well Dolluck meal held on Sunday ailernoon in the basement of the Methodist church after rain changed the planned setting for Collier Park. A large number of friends gath ered to tell them an official good bye, although they do not plan to move to Fort Hall until about July 10. A gift was presented by the group at the close of the afternoon. The Parkers moved to Klamath Agency, where he was Irrigation engineer and for a time both roads and Irrigation engineer, eight years ago in Mav. Last year Parker re signed from the government serv ice but the family has continued to live in Chlloquln.
