This Tuna DiU tioaC Is just such a warm weather aid. First meal, serve it hot topped wich Pimiento Egg sauce. Next day make sandwiches, or slice and serve very cold. If vour family Is small, make one loaf. If larger then it's Just as easy to make two. It's a moist juicy loaf and slices well either hot or cold. Ideal for slicing the loaf Is the new hot and cold knife offered as a premium by one of the big tuna companies. HOT 'N COLD TUNA DILL LOAF 3 cans Tuna 2 cups soft bread crumbs , 1 cup hot milk 3 eggs "4 cup chopped dill pickle . 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion. . 3 tablespoons melted butter i teaspoon salt 't teaspoon pepper Pour hot milk over bread crumbs; beat well. Stir in tuna. Beat in anno nnA - tt.M 4i11 ntflrlA onion, melted butter, salt and pep per and combine thorouehly. Pour into a well-greased 9x5x3" loaf Dim. Bake in a moderate oven (360 F for 50 minutes or until done. Un mold and slice: serve hot with Pim-iento-Egg Sauce. Or chill and slice. Make sandwiches with hole wheat bread. Makes 6 to 8 servings. To make Pimiento-Egg Sauce: To 2 cups medium white sauce add 2 or 3 chopped hard-cooked eggs and 9 or 4 tablespoons chopped pimiento. Heal and serve over slice of hot Tuna-Dill loaf. Shades of Shakespeare Flit Again In Ashland TEMPTER Here's a pretty salad to tempt a sagging summer appetite. Place an inch and a half slice of peeled cantaloupe on a garnished salad plate. Center with plump pitted cooked prunes, filled with cream cheese softned with orange juice, and chunks of bananas rolled first in mayonnaise and then in chopped walnuts.
