She wore the traditional blue gar ter, carried a handerchief bor rowed from her aunt and a penny was in her slipper. Mrs. Vera Barkdoll, sister-in-law ' of the bride was matron of honor. She wore a floor length dress of orchid lace with matching sweet heart hat and mitts. Her bouquet was of yellow roses. Little Dee Milne, in yellow ny lon dress, matching hat and mitts, was flower girl. Her brother, Ter ry, was ring bearer. They are the children of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Milne. Aldo Andreatta was best man, and ushers were Vern Barkdoll. brother of the bride, and Shannon Oldham. Janice Larson was organist and accompanied Ronnie Bryan, soloist. Mrs. Barkdoll chose an ashes-of-roies lace afternoon dress with pink and navy accessories, for her daughter's wedding, and her cor sage was of pink rosebuds. Mrs. Alexander wore a black and Barbara McMahan carried the guest book. The beautiful four tiered Wedding cake was a gift from the bride groom's fellow employes. Back from a snort trip to the coast and the Redwoods, the "Just weds" are at home, 2131 Oak Street. V Altar Society Meets At Bonanza Mrs. Eddie Grallan entertained the Bonanza Altar Society St. Fran ces Caprlni at her home ln Upper Langelj Valley on June 5. with president Mrs. Bob Colwell in charge. Plans were discussed for the dedication of the new Catholic Church ln Bonanza, which is sched uled for July. Mrs. Roy Fernlund and Mrs. Lee Morton are to head the refreshment committee. Borne of the group met at the church on Saturday and started cleaning the Interior. . Next meeting will be July 3 at the home of Mrs. Bud Harris. Following the meeting Mrs, Gra llan served refreshments to Mrs. Clay Walker. Mrs. F. W. Merrill Rebekah Lodge 151 Meets MERRILL Mildred Rexford, noble grand, presided at the June 2. meeting of Merrill Rebekah Lodge 151. Reports of Grand Lodge meeting were given by Sylvia Jones, Mary Pope, and Pearl Harris. Mrs. Jones also reported on her visits to lodges in Texas while on a trip there. Good of the Order chairman Marv Pope announced her commlt' tee was sponsoring a program to increase attendance at lodge. Cap tains Marv Haskins and Leta Stolt divided members into teams ana points are given for attendance, getting secret work, substituting for officers, and working on pro grams for Good of the Order. A game, letters, and stunts were en joyed oy memoes a. Frances Andrews, Esther Cox. Dovie Reeder and taiin urau were reported ill. A Father's Day program will be presented at the next meeting June 16. A tribute to lauiers. MacArthur's poem "A Fathers .., nri a skit "How Observ ing is Papa." will be featured. The table was centered with a First Grade Entertains For Parents-Patrons BONANZA Last meeting of the Bonanza Parents and Patrons club at the high school was called to order 8 p.m. Monday by President J.rs. Jack Weimer. The first grade staged an amus ing play and put on the entertain ment under the direction of their teacher. Mrs. Lola Horn. Delicious cakes made and served bv the 4-H girls were served after the meeting.
