Wheat sold off early, both the July and September contracts, which represent the winter wheal crop, going to new seasonal lows at the start. A slight rally developed but It was followed by another slump to ward the finish, sending - prices down to new lows for the day. While new low ground i reached, the actual price loss Tues day was not unduly large. It did not compare with Mon day's drop.
