Mr. and Mrs. Blllie Bell of Dairy visited the Portors on Sunday. Mr. and Mra. C. C. Long re turned Easter Sunday from a short trip to the bay area. The proposed garbage site has been arranged and the holdup now is to set permission from the owners to cross the strip of land between the highway and the site. The county will take care of all the arrangements. The property has been secured through the help of the forest service. A record attendance was chalked up at the local Sunday School on Easter morning. Easter favors were presented to the children. The most novel favor were eggs fashioned by Mrs. Rav Darnell. They were dressed with, feathery, ana nowery chaster bonnets. The Chemult Gun Club will have its first shoot of the season Sun day, April 27. at noon. It will be at their Beaver Marsh trap grounds.
