County .Totals Tax Receipts A little over 8292.000 was taken In and counted at the Klamath county tax collector's office In the first 31 days of 1951-53 US pay menu. i The total bill to be collected Is $3,978,629.89. The amount tallied so fur has been made up mostly of small Individual payments. The vault at the collector's office contains the checks of larger taxpayers prob ably totaling many more thou sands of dollars which nuy not be counted for several dajs yet. Mrs. Elfie Siemens, deputy col lector, said most of the small payments coming In so far havs been in full, as payers take ad vantage of a 3 percent liscount for full payment by November 15.
