Place In moderate oven 1350 degrees Ft and roast un covered, allowing 20 to 23 minuses per pound. At the end of 30 minutes, remove bird from put and pour off fat. L Handle very carefully for the fat Is very hot.) Return to pan. add another cup of water and bake another half hour. Pour off fat again. Add another cup of water and continue roasting until tender. Gravj may be made from drip pings and slock from giblets.
