All were Delta Tau Delta fraternity brothers of the groom at Stanford. Mrs. Albrecht. mother of the bride, was attired In a copper taffeta floor -length gown, worn with a winter pink hat and gloves. Mrs. Hcward chose a winter pink satin (own and brown accessories. Both wore corsages of pink-brown orchids. A reception for 400 followed the wedding at Reames Oolf and Coun try club. The newlyweds cut their four-tiered wedding cake supported by pedestals trimmed in dark green and silver, afterwards served by Mrs. Wesley Lorens. Mra. Thomas E. VTatters. and Miss Helen Moore. " lira. R- P. Xllinsson and Mrs. Rosa Mclntyre of Portland poured coffee. Passing the guest book was Miss Donna Oroben. cousin of the bride. Mrs. F. X. Drake of Portland assisted about the room. After visiting In Acapulco and Mexico City Mr. and Mrs. Howard will be In Klamath Falls for Christ mas before returning to San Fran cisco after the first of the year. They will live at 1249 Jones street In San Francisco. Out of town guests Included Mrs. Tenesa Doud, Mrs. Vincent Hurley, Mr. and Mrs. John Smith, Mrs. Ber nadette McKlttrick, Mrs. Edward winner will receive a (100 bond. Mrs. H. B. Van Hoosen ta chapter chairman of this committee and made her report at the meeting of Eulalona chapter held Monday eve ning at the home of Mrs. Robert E. Wattenburg. Assisting hostesses were Mrs. H. A. Nitschelm and Mrs Charles Waters. The chapter voted a contribution to the community chest fund. Im provement of conditions for the American Indians Is a major pro ject of the national society of the Daughters of the American Revo lution, and the Oregon DAR Is espe cially Interested In the Indians of this state. Two boxes of clothing have been sent to the Celilo Indians along the Columbia river by mem bers of the local society. Mist Alice Waldron, chapter chairman of approved schools, dis played II children i books which she Is sending to Kste Duncan Smith school. Grant Ala. This is one of the schools supported by the na tional society DAR. Mrs. Bert C. Thomas, program chairman. Introduced Harry Mor gan, brother of Mrs. Roland E. Wright. Mr. Morgan projected on the screen a choice collection of pic tures In color, taken by him In re cent years. The scenes were a from California, mostly In Ycaemite national park, some from gardens la Berkeley. During the refreshment period Mr t. Nitschlem presided at the punch bowl. Mrs. Waters served fruit sake. The table was lovely in ruby glass and Christmas greens on a lace covered table. Eight and Forty Mrs. Jean Fret Ruth Kadoua. and Mra. Barbara Fensler entertained the Eight and Forty at the home of Mra. Pre! tn Tulelake Wednes dsy evening. Helen Thomas, a new member, was welcomed by the members. Aft er s business session, a birthday cake waa presented by the Fellow ship chairman. Line Motschenbsch er, to Ada Matthews. Leola Heil bronner presented to Mrs. Motschen bacher a gift for her work on mem bership In the Legion auxiliary. At the close of the evening refresh ments were served to the members by the hostesses. Before the ceremony Carl Hagel sang "Because' and "O Perfect Love accompanied by Mrs. Arthur Dennlson who played the wedding inarch as the bnde entered the church on the arm of her father. The bride wore a gown of white slipper satin, fashioned with long sleeves and a high double Peter Pan collar. The full skirt ended In a short train. Her finger tip veil waa of white Illusion net falling from a tiara of teed pearla and orange blos soms. She carried a bouquet of whit rosebuds and ttephanotls. The bride's only attendant was ber sister. Miss Lois Landrum. who waa gowned in an orchid pink taf feta dress similar to that of the bride's. She carried a bouquet of pink and white button chrysan themums and wort a head band of matching flowers. Best man for the occasion was Ben Ferguson, brother of the groom. For her daughter's wedding. Mrs. Landrum chose a lace trimmed pearl grey afternoon frock with wine accessories and a corsage of matching colored flowers. The groom's mother was attired in an aqua blue crepe afternoon dress and wore a grey hat with aqua blue plumes. A corsage of talisman rose buds was pinned at her shoulder. Ushering in the guests were Buck Ferguson and Jack Ferguson, broth ers of the groom and F. S. Landrum, brother of the bride. At a reception Immediately follow ing the wedding the bnde and groom cut the first piece of their four tiered wedding cake which was served by Mra. F. 8. Landrum. At the coffee urns were Mrs. Jack Ferguson and Mrs. Ben Ferguson. Serving punch was Mrs. Buck Ferguson, and pass ing the guest book was Joyce Lan drum. Mrs. C. C. Greenstreet and Miss Donna Tenoski assisted about the room. The new Mr. and Mra. Ferguson left after the reception for a two week wedding trip In Southern California and will be at home at 944 Eldorado upon their return. For going away Mrs. Ferguson wore a forest green three-piece suit with a winter white hat and brown ac cessories. Her corsage of white rosebuds was taken from the center of her bridal bouquet. The young couple are both gradu ates of Klamath Union high school. Mr. Ferguson served several years In the navy and is now affiliated with Swan Lake Moulding com pany.
