Driscoll, attorney for Mur phy, asked to have his client's bail requirement reduced from $2500 to $1500 but Judge Vandenberg with held action on that request. Murphy la held in the county Jail. Crater Gets Chilly 13 The mercury hit a seasonal low of 13 above zero In Crater Lake national park here this morning, second lowest In the records of the park for the month of October. It hit 10 above once during tne month. records show. A light skiff of snow fell In the park Tuesday but a high wind whipped the area Tuesday night.
