Members of all 1947 committees are asked to meet next Tuesday night, June 8, at the new recreation building to get the ball rolling to ward a blKtter and better festival. The meeting, planned for Friday night, June 4, was postponed be cause of a conflicting date. Homes announced also that the Klamath Counly Potato Growers' association has agreed to be respon sible this year (or all potato exhibits. While nothing definite has been agreed upon In regard to the festival, the plan will probably follow that of other years, with pretty high, school girls competing fnr queen and princesses of the festival, a par ade, free barbecue, big dances, agri cultural exhibits and a general good time to mark the end of another crop season In the basin.
