Ward Is realising her dream by sailing Friday from San Francisco on the MS Hlndaiigcr, Norwegian freighter, for a several months' stay In South America. She will slop first at Valparaiso and from there around the Horn to Buenos Aires where she will spend 40 days. Mrs. Ward's next stop will be at Santos where the freighter will take on a cargo of coffee. At Rio, Mrs. Ward will visit for a time with old friends. Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Pctroff, and a stop at Trinidad and home through the Panama canal tone. She expects to be back In Klamath Falls the last of August. It will be quite a few weeks yet before Mrs. Ramsbj can return to Klamath Falls, according to her son, Martin, who was with her at the time of surgery. With all this moisture flitting around underfoot, surely this will be a good year for mushrooms along the famous Tulelake dikes. Last year we drew a perfect blank, a few old dried-up affairs that added up to little more than dust in the eye for a days work.
