Hitherto, the program has been limited to one war veteran per farm, the veteran being 'he owner or having economic control of the farm. Because of this limitation, broth ers who lived on the same farm have had to divide the property if they wished to take GI bill on-fnrm training which combines classroom Instruction with practical farming.
