The RFC made public a letter to Kaiser which said it Is the Judge ment of its directors that they, "as trustees of public money, should not irant such reductions of a debt due the government . . . except by direc tion of congress." , The original RFC loan to Kaiser tor the plant was tl33.000.000. Pres ent RFC loan claims total f 105.000. 000. Fontana was a wartime project and Kaiser argued, the RFC said, that recent sale of the government owned Geneva steel plant to the United 8tates Steel corporation. Its wartime operator, "established a formula for absorption of loss by the government" which should be ap plied to the Kaiser loan. Oregon Girls In Office WASHINGTON, Aug. 14 A junior feminine version of the operations of the United States government, set up by high school girls from 44 states, honors two Pa cific Northwest girls. The get-together elected their own "president of the United States George Ann Hicks. Edmond. OUa. high school student yesterday and then picked other officers. They in cluded Juanita Martin, Corbett. Ore., sergeant at arms. Among the cabinet officers nomi nated by President Hicks and then approved by the senate was: Lilian Milson, Omak, Wash., secretary of state. WASHINGTON.
