Overell and then blowing up their yacht. The witness was Ben Smith, em ploye of Uie Trojn Powder Co. at Highland. Calif., and .also a Ban Bernardino county deputy sheriff. He was called toduy by the prosecu tion In the murder trial of Oollum and his fiancee, Louise Overell, duughler of the yacht blnsf victims. Smith suld Oollum visited his powder magazine twice, the first lime accompanied by a womnn he Identified as Miss Overell. In both Instance Uollum was accompanied by a man who Smith uld he had not seen before or since. Smith pointed out Oollum and Miss Overell at Uie defendants' table as the pair who visited him.
