Membershlo plans were also dis cussed at Tuesday meeting. As outlined, plans call for two groups of members. One group, to be known as patron members, will Be ftranteo. inactive membership, and the other will be the active group. Burrell said it is expected the as sociation will become a popular, rather than a select group, to the greater benefit of both art and ar tistic activity In the Klamath area. As an illustration of w hat he meant. Burrell pointed out he was by no means artistically Inclined himself, but believed cultural activity one of the most worthwhile of all com munity betterment projects. The association plans to organise a library committee in the near fu ture to cooperate with library per sonnel in setting np a special art i section In the eity library. Also in the planning stage Is the setting np f a Junior art group under the sponsorship of the association.
