Ore., April 21 lPV-1 A civil aeronautics board hearing on proposals to establish regular air transport service between Portland-Seattle and - Hawaii opened here today. Testimony will be taken from 14 public agencies and the four appli cants for serving the route. Two carriers. United Air Lines and Pa cific Overseas Airlines corporation, which oppose the new route also will be heard during the hearing expected to require two or more weeks to complete.
