A resolution signed by 92 foot ball players blasted student mem bers of the board of control for the Associated Students of the University of Washington, who earlier charged, in protesting a S2500 annual salary boost for Welch, that he neither obtained the most from his material nor had the full support of the mem bers of his squad.
