The funeral home said today it did not know of any funeral plans. The Dade county board of health yesterday granted per mission for the home to hold the body beyond the usual legal period. Tho home said the permit was requested on Instructions from Ralph Capone, brother of the one-time Chicago underworld king, who is handling the fu neral arrangements. The holding permit was neces sary because of a law requiring papers showing the Intended dis position of bodies to be filed within 72 hours after death. Child Guidance Speaker Heard Allen East of the child guid ance clinic, University of Ore gon, was the featured speaker at a Tuesday night meeting of the Klamath county child care, health and welfare committee, and gave a report on the short age of trained personnel needed to curry on the child guidance work In Oregon. Members of the committee dis cussed several measures which have been presented to the state legislature, with an eye to re ceiving backing for the measure from various civic organizations. Fred B. Robinson, member of tile city recreation committee, told of the need for a recreation program here such as was in oK-ration in the yeors Immedi ately preceding the war. Robinson said that at that time Klamath county's recrea tion program was among the finest in the state, having at one time nine paid directors. The bill, described by the laboritc. as the "farmers' magna carta." still faces a third read ing, but this under British par liamentary procedure is little more than a formality. The two-day debate which pre ceded the second reading last night produced some adverse criticism by the conservatives, but they did not push their ob jections strongly and the meas ure w?s approved without a rec ord vote.
