First Skiing Injury Told LaVerne Reed, 20, daughter of Mrs. Sam Ackerman of 1030 Upham, was the first casualty of the skiing season at Crater Lake national park when she fell and tore the ligaments in her right knee Sunday. McComb, brother of the late Mary L, McComb, will leave Wednesday tor his home at Mnryvillc, Tenn., after a stay of three weeks here.
