Portland Elks To Visit City A delegation of Portland Elks, numbering 200 or more, will invade Klamath Falls on August 24 for a get-topether with Klamath Elks, it was an nounced today by Willard Ward, exalted ruler of the local lodge. Exalted Ruler Robert Hibblt of the Portland lodge will head the visiting group, which will come to Klamath by special train. The Portlnnders will arrive on Saturday morning, August 24, and will leave the following morning about 1 o'clock on the return to Portland.
