help retailers who held price
lines but bought stock for above-
ceiling prices.
Brown cited that aa one of the
firoblems arising from the hiatus

dicted some confusion in rentals
"Tenants will have to sit tight
and let the landlord try to evict
them, and the courts will have
to protect the tenants, he said.
