If Washington Upholds Rejections By CPA WASHINGTON, July 23 lP) The Oregon review committee of the civilian production admin istration iid today that several appeals taken to Washington after local denial had been re jected. Epler, extension college director, warns. Dr. Epler explained that un less students submit applications for housing well in advance, they may be delayed in obtaining ac commodations.
