Soviet Air Plan Calls i For Ten-Fold Increase i In Operations By 1950 i WASHINGTON, June 25 P) Russia expect to increase its Internal airline operations ten times by 1950. 1 This prospect is outlined by Xir Marshal Fedor Astakhow, chief of civil air service, in a report based on an important aircraft industry conference held recently in Moscow. ! The air portion of the new five-year plan for Russia, Asta khov said in a statement dis tributed here, will: Increase internal route mile age to 108,789.
