Oregon, that the grades estab lished by the State Highway Commission for the proposed Improvement of the street or streets, or avenues, or roads, as described herein and which are traversed by State Highway No. of the State of Oregon, known as the Klamath Falls-Lake view Highway, the Slant for which proposed improvement re on file In the office of the State Highway Commission at Salem.
