WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter B6, Oregon Laws 1931; and Chapter 529, Oregon Laws 1939; it is required that as a condition precedent to the change of - the grade of any such street by the ; Commission, such grade change shall i be consented to by the City. NOW THEREFORE. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Klamath Falls. Klamath County, Oregon, that the grades estab lished by the State Highway Commission ' for the proposed improvement oi the street or streets, or avenues, or roads, as described herein and which are traversed by State Highway No. 20 of ' the State of Oregon, known as the Klamath Falls-Lakeview Highway, the plans for which proposed improvement are on file in the office of the State Highway Commission at Salem.
