Oregon, copies of which have been submitted . to the city for its record and for its , approval, said grades being as follows, to wit: Beginning at grade elevation 4068.23 at a point In the center line of south : gth Street 227 feet northwesterly from the center line of Owens Street: thence to elevation 4088.49 at the center line of Owens Street; thence to elevation 4088.76 at the center line of Radcliffe Avenue; thence to elevation 4089.03 at a point In the center line of South 6th Street 56 feet northwest of East Main ' Street; thence to elevation 4089.19 at the center line of East Main Street: thence to elevation 4090.09 at the center line of Martin Street: thence to elevation 4090.74 at tne sou in city limit of Klamath Falls in Shasta Way and. WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter B6, Oregon Laws 1931; and Chapter 529, Oregon Laws 1939; it is required that as a condition precedent to the change of - the grade of any such street by the ; Commission, such grade change shall i be consented to by the City. NOW THEREFORE. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Klamath Falls. Klamath County, Oregon, that the grades estab lished by the State Highway Commission ' for the proposed improvement oi the street or streets, or avenues, or roads, as described herein and which are traversed by State Highway No. 20 of ' the State of Oregon, known as the Klamath Falls-Lakeview Highway, the plans for which proposed improvement are on file in the office of the State Highway Commission at Salem. Oregon, " and a copy or copies of which are on "Yile In the records of the City, said D Jjrades being as follows, to-wit: Beginning at grade elevation 4088.23 at a point In the center line of South 6th Street 227 feet northwesterly from the center line of Owens Street; thence to elevation 4008.49 at the center line of Owens Street; thence to elevation 4088.76 at the center line of Radcliffe Avenue; thence to elevation 4069.03 at a point In the center line of South 6th Street 58 feet northwest of East Main Street; thence to elevation 40H9.1B at the center line of Emt Main Street: thence to elevation 4090.09 at the renter line of Martin Street: thence to elevation 4090.74 at the South city limits of Klamath Falls in Shasta Way are hereby approved, and consent Is hereby given to such change, and the State Highway Commission hereby is permitted to construct, reconstruct, tm prove, repair, and or maintain the said streets In accordance with said grade changes. As a condition precedent "to receiving Official Proposal Forms" the bidder must have qualified ten days prior to the opening of bids, as prescribed by Chapter 223, Laws of Oregon, 1931. A deposit of Ten and no100 Dollars ($10.00 will be required for Plans and Specifications. Deposits will be refunded to the bidders upon return of the Plans and Specifica tions.
