Damage Suit
Filed Here
A damage suit for $15,000,
growing out of an automobile
accident on S. 6th, January u,
1B48, was filed with the circuit
clerk today by Loyd Newlun
against Arland B. Jones and
Basil Behnke.
The wreck occurred on the S.
6th curve just below Altamont
junction, the suit alleges, when
the highway was covered with
snow and ice.
Newlun charges that Jones
was operating a car belonging to
