The member ship chairman, Mrs. A, Fcoco, announced the closing of the membership drive contest with 305 paid members. Mrs. Griffith's room won the prize In tho lower grades, and Mrs. French and Mrs. Walker tied In the upper grades. Twelve members subscribed to the Na tional Parent-Teacher magazine, which won the blue award for the organization. The children's activities chairman, Mrs. Frank Lambo, announced four Brownie troops and two Girl Scout troops had been organized. The room call was won by Mrs. Elliott's second grade room, with 22 par ents present.
