Orders for block and slab wood are being refused by most fuel yards as they are unable to fill ell the orders now on hand, block shipments from the mills being 20 per cent or more under prewar shipments. Fuel dealers are advising townspeople to reconvert to coal or pres-to-logs wherever possi ble to insure proper heating for the coming winter. Although the coal situation at present Is not serious, dealers feci that people should order their winter supply now while coal is still available. MIES I SAT. MIDNITE 3 ! DOLORES MORAN ALLYN JOSLY .
