Donovan said Thlcl had ad mitted the forgery for which Campbell was sent to prison, and had lidded that ho tried to help the Innocent man by com mitting another forgery which would prove that Campbell could not have committed the original crime. This scheme failed, but netted Thlcl $13,000, Donovan said. Campbell, who lives in Floral Park. N. Y., with his wife and three children, plana to ask Gov, Thomas E.
