At the camp and hospital com mittee meeting held this week at the Pelican cafe, it was learned that the navy, marine and army installations here uro in need of certain thlnus not provided by the departments. Ono davenoort and chair for the assistant field director's office nt the naval air station. This office is the only place that wives or visitors ha.ve to wait until the men get off duly. A baby scales was loaned last wook for use at the out-patient department at the naval dis pensary. No other scales were obtainable by tho disoensary because of priority regulations. Also needed are one or two small radios for patients In pri vate rooms. Equipment for a dark room would also be ap preciated. Men restricted to the station area need something to do besides wander around. Many of these navy men have good camera and could do their own developing and printing if the equioment was available Camp Tulclakc is in need of music for church services, not hymnals.
