WHEAT CHICAGO, July 16 (ff) Sell ing of rye unsettled grains today, the market again having to con tend with disappointed liquida tion over the statement of Price Administrator Prentiss Brown that present ceilings on corn will be maintained. Rye was down mora than cent at times, but losses In wheat and oats were only fractional. Commission houses gave Sep tember wheat support at $1,441, steadying the market. Crop re ports woro fnvornble and the quality of winter wheat now be ing harvested was reported as superior to that of last year, par ticularly with regard to moisture content.
