Good staple Santa Cruz scoured 56s to 588s wools was sold at $1.05 out of bond. Pur chases were made in the pri mary market of Montevideo wools at a grease price of 33 to 34 cents. Some buying of Aus tralian wools for Importation was recorded. WHEAT CHICAGO, Jan. 11 (JF) Inde pendent strength of corn, which advanced as much as a cent a bushel to highs since 1937, sup ported the entire grain market today, checking a reaction in wheat, which lost almost a cent at times due to profit taking and hedging sales. Good Industrial demand for corn, with top grades of yellow grain selling as high as $1.02 in the spot market, affected the market. Wheat's weakness re flected increased receipts at many terminals as a result of enlarged producer sales attract ed by the highest prices in more than 5 years.
