Soften gelntln In cold water and dissolve In hot water. Add cheeso and let stund until cheese if melted, stirring constantly. Add lemon Juice, onion Julco, snlt and parsley. Cool and when mixture begins to thicken, (old In macuronl, celery and Russian dressing. Pour Into louf pan which has been rinsed out In cold water or rubbed with min eral oil first, and chill. When firm, unmold onto platter and gnrnish with lettuce or chickory. Serve with extra dressing.
