Soften gelntln In cold water and dissolve In hot water. Add cheeso and let stund until cheese if melted, stirring constantly. Add lemon Juice, onion Julco, snlt and parsley. When firm, unmold onto platter and gnrnish with lettuce or chickory. Serve with extra dressing.
