Moore of Now Orleans, to "step outaido" today during a heated exchange before the sen ate finance committee about New Orleans horse racing. Ordor was quickly, restored, however, and questioning resum ed. The verbal duel started when William C. Grace, a Washington attorney, testified he had made bets at a New Orleans race track on the advice of officials and all his selections won. Rlghtor broke In to say Grace was at a spring meeting and the Louisiana Jockey club, in which Colonel John P. Sullivan and Colonel E. R.
