There's nothing formal about this fiat; no taskmaster outlines the job, no editor storms into the sanctum to. demand it It's just one of those things that must be done. The month itself compels it In all the year there is CO month quite like it It is the midway point between ummer and winter; it is autumn at its most wistful, its most beautiful. It is a time when young men see visions and old men dream dreams.
