The right of the federal power com mission and the secretary of agricul ture to control the waters of the Klamath river in the Klamath national forest reserve was attacked in the supreme court yesterday by members of the Karok, or Pehtaick tribe of Indians. It was asserted the government was proposing to de prive them of their rights to lands within the reserve. Cow Autopsy Ends in Queer Discovery GATES, Ore., April 21. (P) A cow belonging to Harry Kelsor, Southern Pacific workman, had boon acting "queer" for nearly a year, bu. the family used tho milk dally and could find nothing wrong with the product.
